Inspection round, winter service and monthly invoice for every property.
Many properties, fixed days and property managers who want to know when what was done. We take the office side off your hands, from the quote to the paid QR invoice.
How it works
Your caretaking day, just without the office evening.
Set up the property once
For each property you create a service plan, for example one visit every Monday, billed monthly. Winter service is billed per season.
Tick off the round
Your caretaker opens the report on the phone and ticks off the inspection round: stairwell, outdoor areas, waste collection, each with the time.
Bill every month
The service plan prepares the draft invoice for the property manager. You check it and send the QR invoice.

Made for caretaking businesses
Every property in rhythm, every visit documented.
Winter service with the time
Access cleared, pavement cleared, steps cleared, grit spread: every checklist point carries the time it was done.
Recurring contracts without month-end
Service plans prepare the draft invoices themselves. You approve instead of counting visits at the end of the month.
One place per property
Reports and photos of a property sit together in the project. When the property manager asks, the answer is quick to find.
Guides, templates and comparison for caretaking businesses
Frequently asked questions from caretaking businesses
Can I set up weekly caretaking as a service plan? +
Yes. Under Service plans you pick a template with one visit every Monday, billed monthly. You adjust rhythm and weekday per property. The service plan prepares the draft invoices, you check and send them.
How do I handle winter service? +
With a winter service template as a service plan, billed yearly per season. For each visit there is a winter service checklist: access cleared, pavement cleared, steps cleared, grit spread, each with the time. For now the checklist points are written in German; you can adapt them and add your own.
How do I show the property manager what was done? +
With the report. Your caretaker ticks off the checklist on the phone, with the time per point, and records who approved the report. The checklist is then locked. One click turns the report into the invoice.
What does MeisterOffice cost for a caretaking business? +
MeisterOffice is currently free for your caretaking business. All core features are included, with 1 GB storage, 10 AI actions and 50 sent emails per month, unlimited employees and no credit card. If we introduce paid plans later, we will tell you at least 60 days in advance.
Can I create Swiss QR invoices and match payments? +
Yes. Every invoice is a PDF with a Swiss QR payment slip. You upload the CAMT.053 bank statement under Finances, Payments received: the payments of the property managers match their invoice by QR reference. For overdue invoices, the AI drafts the reminder for you to check.
Where is my caretaking business's data stored? +
In Switzerland. Customers, properties, reports and photos are stored in a Swiss data centre and fall under Swiss data protection law; processing is also GDPR-compliant. You sign in by magic link, with no password passed around the team.
