With the pickup checklist in the report: waste type separated, weight as a value in tonnes, VeVA consignment note for special waste. You can adapt the points and add your own. One click turns the report into the invoice. For now the checklist points are written in German; you can adapt them and add your own.
Can I quote per skip and per tonne? +
Yes. Next to hours, m³ and flat rates there are the units skip, pickup and t. The AI drafts the quote from your keywords, you check and send.
What does MeisterOffice cost for a waste disposal service? +
MeisterOffice is currently free for your waste disposal service. All core features are included, with 1 GB storage, 10 AI actions and 50 sent emails per month, unlimited employees and no credit card. If we introduce paid plans later, we will tell you at least 60 days in advance.
Can I create Swiss QR invoices and match payments? +
Yes. Every invoice is a PDF with a Swiss QR payment slip. You upload the CAMT.053 bank statement under Finances, Payments received: payments match their invoice by QR reference. For overdue invoices, the AI drafts the reminder for you to check.
Where is my waste disposal service's data stored? +
In Switzerland. Customers, reports and photos are stored in a Swiss data centre and fall under Swiss data protection law; processing is also GDPR-compliant. You sign in by magic link, with no password passed around the team.
