The honest sum

The paperwork has a price. Here it is.

The quote at the kitchen table, the reminder on a Sunday evening: that is working time nobody pays for. Work out in ten seconds what the office really costs your business. The basis: around 20 minutes per quote or invoice, plus the office hours for report slips, reminders, payment reconciliation and the month-end closing.

e.g. transferring report slips, reminders, payment reconciliation, payroll Excel at month-end, trustee export.

CHF 810

value per month

CHF 9'720

value of the time saved per year

That is 13 full working days on site instead of in the office.

Non-binding estimate. Your actual saving depends on volume, hourly rate and way of working.

Questions about free access

Does the software create Swiss QR invoices? +

Yes. Every invoice contains the official Swiss QR code with your IBAN or QR-IBAN and the reference number. Any Swiss bank can read it directly.

Can I record payments such as TWINT or cash? +

Yes. You record part payments by TWINT, bank, card or cash directly on the invoice. The status switches automatically to Partly paid or Paid, and you see outstanding amounts at a glance.

Can my customers pay online, for example with TWINT? +

Yes. You send a payment link with the invoice: your customer pays online with TWINT or card, handled via Stripe. The payment books itself automatically onto the invoice, and the status switches by itself to Partly paid or Paid.
