Which craftspeople is the software intended for? +
For Swiss trade businesses of any size, from the sole trader to the team: painters, plumbers, electricians, joiners, gardeners, tilers, roofers, plasterers, carpenters, heating engineers, floor layers, metalworkers and other trades.
Does the software create Swiss QR invoices? +
Yes. Every invoice contains the official Swiss QR code with your IBAN or QR-IBAN and the reference number. Any Swiss bank can read it directly.
Can I record payments such as TWINT or cash? +
Yes. You record part payments by TWINT, bank, card or cash directly on the invoice. The status switches automatically to Partly paid or Paid, and you see outstanding amounts at a glance.
Can my customers pay online, for example with TWINT? +
Yes. You send a payment link with the invoice: your customer pays online with TWINT or card, handled via Stripe. The payment books itself automatically onto the invoice, and the status switches by itself to Partly paid or Paid.
Does the VAT accounting work for my trustee? +
Yes. With one click you generate a clean accounting export that your trustee can take over with no rework at all.
Is real accounting included? +
Yes. Journal, chart of accounts and reports are built in and update automatically with every invoice and expense, VAT return included. Your trustee reads along free of charge or takes over the export.
What happens when a customer does not pay? +
You send a reminder in two clicks: reminder levels and fees are built in, the AI drafts the text, and the outbox shows whether quote, invoice and reminder were delivered.
Where is my data stored? +
Exclusively in Switzerland. Your data lives in a Swiss data centre and is governed by the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP); processing is GDPR-compliant too.
Do I need a password? +
No. You sign in with a magic link by email. There is no password to remember or lose.
Do my employees get their own logins? +
Yes. You invite your team by email and assign roles: owner, employee or trustee (read access only). Sign-in is without a password, by magic link. The number of logins is unlimited at every company size and included in the price, with the trustee free on top.
How does time tracking with check-in and check-out work? +
Your employees check in on site and check out at the end of the day. Everyone sees their own hours, you as the boss see the team overview, and the payroll overview calculates monthly hours times hourly wage per employee.
Does the AI help me with writing? +
The AI creates drafts for quotes, emails and reminders. You always review and confirm yourself before anything goes to your customers.
Does the AI also help with receipts? +
Yes. Just photograph a receipt or paper report: the AI captures amount, VAT and line items as an expense or site report. You review and confirm before anything is booked.
Is there an app for when I am out and about? +
Yes, a native app for iOS and Android with the same feature set as the web version, ideal for time tracking right on site.
What language is the software in? +
German, French, Italian and English. Everyone in the business sets their own language.
