Can I set up weekly maintenance cleaning as a service plan? +
Yes. Under Service plans you pick a template with one visit every Monday, billed monthly. For windows there is a template with a visit every three months, billed quarterly. You adjust rhythm and weekday per customer. The service plan prepares the draft invoices, you check and send them.
How do I prove to the customer what was cleaned? +
With the report. Your cleaner ticks off the checklist on the phone, with the time per point if you like, and records who approved the report on site. The checklist is then locked. One click turns the signed report into the invoice.
Which checklists are already included? +
Maintenance cleaning, medical practice cleaning, post-construction cleaning and facade cleaning. For now the templates are written in German; you can adapt them and add your own points.

Can I create Swiss QR invoices and match payments? +
Yes. Every invoice is a PDF with a Swiss QR payment slip. You upload the CAMT.053 bank statement under Finances, Payments received: the monthly payments of your plan customers match their invoice by QR reference. For overdue invoices, the AI drafts the reminder for you to check.
Where is my cleaning business's data stored? +
In Switzerland. Customers, sites, reports and photos are stored in a Swiss data centre and fall under Swiss data protection law; processing is also GDPR-compliant. You sign in by magic link, with no password passed around the team.
