Can I set up daily guarding as a service plan? +
Yes. Under Service plans you pick a guarding template: one visit on every day from Monday to Sunday, billed monthly. You adjust weekdays and rhythm per site. The service plan prepares the draft invoices, you check and send them.
What is in the report? +
The patrol checklist: doors and windows checked, alarm armed and a field for anomalies, each with the time. You record who approved the report, after which it is locked. As a PDF it carries the German title Wachrapport. For now the checklist points are written in German; you can adapt them and add your own.
Can I bill visits such as an alarm response individually? +
Yes. Besides the plan you record visits in the unit visit or by the hour and bill them on the same QR invoice or separately.
What does MeisterOffice cost for a security service? +
MeisterOffice is currently free for your security service. All core features are included, with 1 GB storage, 10 AI actions and 50 sent emails per month, unlimited employees and no credit card. If we introduce paid plans later, we will tell you at least 60 days in advance.
Can I create Swiss QR invoices and match payments? +
Yes. Every invoice is a PDF with a Swiss QR payment slip. You upload the CAMT.053 bank statement under Finances, Payments received: payments match their invoice by QR reference. For overdue invoices, the AI drafts the reminder for you to check.
Where is my security service's data stored? +
In Switzerland. Customers, sites and reports are stored in a Swiss data centre and fall under Swiss data protection law; processing is also GDPR-compliant. You sign in by magic link, with no password passed around the team.
