The dashboard is your home page in MeisterOffice. It shows at a glance where your business stands and what comes next.
What you see here
- Key figures: open quotes, open invoices, overdue amounts, hours this week, open expenses and revenue for the current month.
- Next steps: cards for anything that needs your attention, for example overdue invoices, with count, amount and a direct action.
- Pipeline: your sales pipeline from quote to paid invoice.
- Recent activity: the latest changes in your account.
- Quick entry: direct links for New quote, Scan receipt, Record time, New customer and Photo.
Quick actions
At the top of the page, start a new quote or time tracking with a single click, the two most common tasks in day-to-day work.
Good to know
- As long as setup isn’t complete, the dashboard shows the setup checklist (see the separate article).
- Some key figures depend on your role: employees see less financial data than the owner.
- Use the in-app tour to get to know the most important areas straight in the product: question mark top right, then “Start tour”.
