What is in the report? +
The grave care checklist: watered, weeds removed, grave decoration renewed, photo for the relatives taken. You can adapt the points and add your own. Photos go in the project. One click turns the report into the invoice. For now the checklist points are written in German; you can adapt them and add your own.
Can I quote per grave? +
Yes. Next to hours, pieces and flat rates there is the unit grave. The AI drafts the quote from your keywords, you check and send.
What does MeisterOffice cost for a cemetery gardener? +

Can I create Swiss QR invoices and match payments? +
Yes. Every invoice is a PDF with a Swiss QR payment slip. You upload the CAMT.053 bank statement under Finances, Payments received: the many yearly payments match their invoice by QR reference. For overdue invoices, the AI drafts the reminder for you to check.
Where is my business's data stored? +
In Switzerland. Customers, reports and photos are stored in a Swiss data centre and fall under Swiss data protection law; processing is also GDPR-compliant. You sign in by magic link, with no password passed around the team.
