In MeisterOffice, the quote is the starting point for almost every job. Under Verkauf, Offerten (Sales, Quotes) you see all your quotes at a glance, including status and amount.
The quotes overview
The list shows your quotes with customer, title, amount in CHF and the current status. Use the search field to filter by customer or title.
The status of a quote
- Entwurf (Draft): the quote hasn’t been sent yet. You can change everything.
- Versendet (Sent): the customer has received the quote.
- Angenommen (Accepted): the customer has agreed. Create an order or an invoice directly from it with a single click.
- Abgelehnt (Rejected): the customer has declined. The quote stays in your records.
Creating a new quote
Click Neue Offerte (New quote). The quote editor guides you through customer, line items and terms. For the details, see the “Creating a quote” article or the tour directly in the app.
Good to know
- Amounts are calculated with VAT automatically and formatted in CHF.
- Deleted quotes are archived, not permanently removed.
- From an accepted quote, MeisterOffice carries all line items over into the invoice, so you never enter anything twice.
