Photos are half the documentation on a job site: condition before starting, progress as you go, hidden pipework before plastering. In MeisterOffice they land directly in the right project instead of in your phone’s photo app.
Uploading photos
Under Projekte, Fotos (Projects, Photos) you upload images, either straight from the camera on your phone or as a multiple selection from the device. Every photo is assigned to a project and can get a caption.
Gallery and details
The gallery groups photos by project and can be filtered by it. A click opens the full view with project, date taken, upload date and the person who uploaded the photo. From there you edit the caption or delete the image.
Good to know
- Before-photos save you arguments at final inspection and during warranty. Make the before-photo a habit.
- Employees can upload photos too: the whole crew documents together.
- The images are stored securely in Switzerland, not in an employee’s private phone gallery.
