The time overview under Zeit und Team, Zeit (Time and Team, Time) shows all recorded hours, grouped by day and with a weekly total.
For employees
You see your own week: every entry with project, description and hours. Your own entries can be edited and deleted, in case something went wrong while clocking in or out.
For the owner
As the owner, you switch between meine (mine) and Team: the team view filters by person and shows totals per employee. This way, on Friday you can see in a minute who worked how many hours on which job sites.
Good to know
- Entries with a location show a map link, provided GPS location is turned on and approved by the employee.
- The hours flow automatically into payroll preparation (Finanzen, Lohn / Finances, Payroll) and, if billable, into project billing.
- The “Recording time” article shows how hours get recorded.
