The outbox under Verkauf, Postausgang (Sales, Outbox) shows every email MeisterOffice has sent on your behalf: quotes, invoices, payment reminders and more.
What you see
For each send: date, document type, recipient, subject and the delivery status. This way you always know whether the quote actually reached the customer.
When something goes wrong
Failed sends are flagged and show the error message, for example for a misspelled email address. Use Erneut senden (Resend) to trigger the send again after fixing the issue.
Good to know
- The outbox is your evidence trail: what went to whom and when stays documented.
- If delivery fails, fix the customer’s email address first, otherwise the second attempt fails too.
- Reach older entries through the page navigation at the end of the list.
