Managing orders

Accepted quotes become orders: this is how you keep track of work in progress.

In MeisterOffice, an order is created from an accepted quote. You create it directly from the quote using the Auftrag erstellen (Create order) action.

The orders overview

The list shows your orders with order number, customer, gross amount and status. Show or hide archived orders using the filter.

From order to invoice

The order is the link between quote and invoice: the quote’s line items carry over, nothing is entered twice. Once the work is done, you create the invoice from it.

Good to know

If the order list is empty, the path starts with quotes: only an accepted quote can become an order.
Link orders with projects, work reports and photos, so the whole job site is documented in one place.
