The monthly overview
For each employee, the table shows role, hourly wage, the hours recorded during the month (with a note on how many of those are billable) and the gross pay calculated from them. The month’s total is shown at the bottom. Use the month navigation to page through earlier months.
Where the numbers come from
- The hours come from time tracking (the clock and manual entries).
- The hourly wage comes from team management (Zeit und Team, Team / Time and Team, Team).
If a number is wrong, correct it at the source: the entry in the time overview, or the employee’s hourly wage.
Good to know
- The overview is a preparation for the payroll run, not a replacement for salary certificates and social insurance statements. It gives you or your accountant reliable base figures.
- Only the owner sees this page.
